DEG Watched At Home Chart: Scoob! Shakes Up the Chart
July 30, 2020
The DEG Watched at Home chart remains mostly static this week, with four of the five films in last week’s top five also reaching the top five this week. This includes Trolls World Tour, which has been top for four weeks now. The arrival of Scoob! on disc does shake things up a bit though.
Scoob! opened in second place; however, it only came out on disc partway through the week, so it could climb into first place during its first full week of release. Trolls: World Tour also came in second in its first week in stores, before climbing into first place in week two.
Yellowstone had the next three entries, as they had for the past four weeks. In fact, they were even in the same order as last week: season one, season three, and then season two.
If we were to compress Yellowstone into one entry, then The Outpost would be next, just ahead of Sonic the Hedgehog.
The next new release was not a new release, but a Batman Beyond box set, which landed in 14th place. Capone opened in 18th place, while Archive rounded out the top twenty.
Universal earned four spots in the top twenty, putting it in a four-way tie for that record with Paramount, Sony, and Warner Bros.. In fact, Disney was the only major studio without four releases in the top twenty.
