As always, the long weekend has caused a delay in both the Weekend Wrap-up and the Per Theatre Charts columns. In the meantime, here are the studio estimates for the 3-day and 4-day weekends.

  1. 8 Below - $19.9 / $25.0 million
  2. Date Movie - $18.9 - $22.3 million
  3. Pink Panther - $16.5 / $21.0 million
  4. Curious George - $11.3 / $15.3 million
  5. Final Destination 3 - $10.1 / $12.5 million
Missing the top five was Freedomland with $5.9 million / $7.0 million.
