Not much new this week, but overall it is still an excellent site.
The rest of the games were added, but they don't add much to the overall experience. They were all too short, too easy or just not interesting enough.
All of the usual features, but nothing that sets it apart.
Most of the usual feature are here, (synopsis, production notes, cast & crew bios, trailer), but there's not enough style to stand out.
Site's down due to bandwidth usage. This either means the server was inadequate, or the traffic was much greater than expected. If it is the latter, that's a good sign.
The trailer and three clips were added to the site.
Not much content here, just the synopsis, cast bios, and a confessional. The trailer is still marked coming soon but that's the only other feature that's even hinted at.
The full site is up and it is impressive in an understated way. There's not a lot of flash here, but all the usual features can be found, (synopsis, cast bios, image gallery, trailer), but the heard of the site is the evidence hunt. There are three sections to search through, each containing several audio / video clips. If you find 100% of them in all three sections you get a bonus clip. Compared to the total clips on the site, a single video clips doesn't seem like much of a bonus, but it does add a sense of interactivity that most sites are lacking. It is this interactivity that helps the site with the investigative Weekly Website Award.
Good site that sells the film well. Has all the usual features as well as extras like a game and a secondary site. Overall it sells the movie well and certainly stands out in a crowd.
Another Chris Rock clip this week, this time on marriage. I'm really likely these bits, but I'm not sure how well they are selling the film.
Totally new look, no much in terms of new content.
There's a lot of information here, but almost nothing in terms of style. I also had problems with the trailer. At first there was no sound, then it crashed my browser.
Nothing so far.
Typical Fox Searchlight site. All the usual features are there as well as plenty of video clips. But it doesn't come together as a whole.
The flash site launched this week and there's a lot to explore. It's a very interactive site with several rooms to explore and a couple place to check out each one. On the other hand, there's very little of the regular features, (synopsis, image gallery, and trailer). As the rest are added, this could become an award-worthy site.
Just the countdown for the trailer, but it is under 10 days now. Time to get excited.
A lot of information, but not much style. This is common with documentary sites.
Two clips were added to the site this week.
Another clip was added to the blog.
The section for cast has been added. But that's all that it has. And I don't mean it just has the cast name and no bios. It has just the one word, 'Cast.' I assume this will be changed very shortly.
This site spends more time advertising the, 'movement' than the movie. The phrase, 'preaching to the choir' comes to mind. On the other hand, there are a lot of video clips here to watch and that should do a good job of selling the film.
No real content so far. There are a few dogs you can watch, but it mostly just offsite links.
Site's gone, but hopefully that's just temporary. ... The site is back, but the blog is still gone. They need to upgrade their server, but at least there's some advanced buzz surrounding the film.
